Editorial shoot turned out to be more fun than I thought!

Posted in Portraiture on March 4th, 2010 by Wass

I had two editorial shoots for magazines this week and one of them turned out to be really fun! After we were done with the required shots for the magazine, I suggested a fun concept to my client… You’ll notice from the shots below that I wasn’t going to have a client with such a character everyday. Enjoy them!

NOTE: For those with small screen resolutions, the vertical format shots make look squeezed a little so please make sure you disable the toolbars in your browser or simply press F11 for full screen.

Baby photo session: Melody

Posted in Portraiture on February 23rd, 2010 by Wass

I’ve recently had a photoshoot with the tiniest and cutest client, Melody.

In the editing process, I tried a vintage style on some of the photos which I think worked out very well. Usually, when I apply this sort of non-neutral type of editing, I will still provide the client with the original color versions, just in case the edit gets dated after a while, something that every photographer needs to be aware of.

Here are some photos from the session…
